Tarina Tarantino Aurora Jewel Eyeshadow Palette in Diamond Dusk Has Me Dreaming Of Skating Parties

Tarina Tarantino has just released her Holiday 2011 eyeshadow palettes and they are magnificent!

Feast your eyes upon Tarina Tarantino Aurora Jewel Eyeshadow Palette in Diamond Dusk!

The Tarina Tarantino Aurora Jewel Eyeshadow Palette in Diamond Dusk contains five eye shadows that are supposed to give off a glow that reminds you of the Aurora Borealis! I'm loving the shades in the palette-I think they are very Snow Queen like. To me pinks and greys give off a sophisticated vibe, which I love!

The shadows contain crushed pearls, diamond dust and porcelain to give a glimmery, and sometimes duochrome effect. You can see the duochrome in the three lighter colours, especially in the pink shadow which has a gold duocrome to it-it's like a shadow version of NARS Orgasm Blush.

The pigmentation is great and the eye shadows are easy to work with-buildable, blendable and last all day with a primer.

Here are two looks I created with the Tarina Tarantino Aurora Jewel Eyeshadow Palette in Diamond Dusk.
This first one is the pink shade all over the lid and the icy grey as the crease colour. I call it the Skating Party Look. Call me crazy, but I've always wanted to go to an ice skating party! Even though I'm Canadian, I'm a lousy skater, so this gorgeous makeup would detract form the fact that I'd be hobbling all over the ice!

This next one is more of a great night time look for the holidays using the grey, black and the icy white blue as the inner highlight. I call it Icy Arctic Nights. I know, lame. But since I named the first one I had to name the second look!

Can I tell you how much I love this palette? The glow of these Tarina Tarantino eye shadows are just so pretty!

The Tarina Tarantino Aurora Jewel Eyeshadow Palette in Diamond Dusk  should be in stores soon and is available online to purchase.

What do you guys think? Skating Party worthy? Have you ever been to a Skating Party?
