First of all, this has some gorgeous packaging. It's a sliver tube with some crystals adorning it. All of Tarina Tarantino's products have gorgeous packaging actually. It also has some weight to it, much like a high end lipstick.
As gorgeous as the packaging is, truthfully, I opened it up and kind of thought-meh. I think I was just more in the mood for a festive lip in December, so I put it in my drawer and forgot about it.Until today. I found it. And finally decided to swatch it and try it out.
Why do I always do that? Wait so long before I try something out?

I don't know if you can tell from the swatch, but can you see how smoove it is? Honestly, when I tried it, I just kept putting it on and putting it on because it felt so good on my lips. I didn't want to stop!
Tarina Tarantino Queen Alice Conditioning Lip Sheen is described as a
pinkish brown and I totally agree. This is exactly my everyday kind of lip colour, as it becomes a pretty neutral pink on my pigmented lips.
Tarina wanted her lipsticks to be sheer with just the right amount of pigment payoff and with staying power that would not dry out her lips. I say Bravo! She succeeded. She added Vitamin E to nourish and moisturize and I think that's why I love the feeling of these so much. My lips really respond to Vitamin E.
I gotta get me more of these Tarina Tarantino Conditioning Lip Sheens. I'm pretty sure that I'm addicted to the velvety feel. Mmmmmm Smooth!
