Meet Ilia Conditioning Lip Balm in the shade Arabian Nights. I had to get it just for that awesome name, and also because it was such a pretty berry red shade!
I love lipstick as you all know, but truthfully I'd rather be wearing a lip balm most days. I live in probably the driest place in Canada. It's so dry here in Alberta, and it's a struggle to stay well hydrated. So, I love when a lip balm has colour. But, most lip balms colours don't really last all that long.
This one does!
First of it smells good-like a flowering chocolate orange if that makes any sense! Yeah, those scent describing skills of mine are not getting any better! It has LOADS of good for your lips stuff in it like cocoa butter, castor seed oil, organic beeswax, jojoba oil, natural vitamin E, grape and pomegranate seed extracts, orange, vanilla and jasmine essential oils.
Ilia Conditioning Lip Balm is a bit thinner in texture compared to the Fresh Lip Balms, but I like that. It's just as moisturizing and the colour lasts a really long time because it stains your lips without leaving them feeling parched. Plus it comes in 6 shades!
I paid $24.99 for Arabian Nights, which is a bit cheaper than it costs for a Fresh Lip Balm here in Canada. A bit. I know that still sounds like a lot, but this tube will last a long time.
