I saw Kaia Bamboo Facial Cleansing Cloths at a local Beauty Boutique called LUX Beauty and they looked interesting, so I decided to give them a try.
These moist, unbleached bamboo facial cleansing cloths are 100% biodegradable and are cruelty free and paraben, alcohol, sulfate and synthetic fragrance free as well. I like that!
Each cloth contains 8 pure essential oils -a special blend of citrus oils, spearmint and tangerine… that freshens the skin and balances it. There's also certified organic honey in there to keep skin hydrated. The ingredient list is rather impressive I have to say! But, how do they work?
Kaia Bamboo Facial Cleansing Cloths take off EVERYTHING. Every speck of makeup. Even waterproof mascara. I was amazed. I wish they were just a little bit bigger in size, but they do work really well.
My only real issue with them is the price. This pack of 30 cloths cost $19.99 at LUX Beauty, and that's just a tad too much for my wallet to take. If these were around $10 a pack, I'd use them all the time. I can't justify paying that much for makeup wipes, even if it's good for the environment. Sigh.
